Need to let go of control

Trees and hills in the mistThe world is not to be put in order; the world is order, incarnate. It is for us to harmonize with this order.” – Henry Miller

Ego believes that it needs to protect us from external dangers. Through control and manipulation, it aims to keep us safe. This need of ego is based in fear.

If we hope to live in love, we must become acquainted with soul. Experiencing soul brings a deep knowing that this is a loving universe. Experiencing soul also builds faith. We learn to trust that we don’t have to run the show. And when we do this, we tap the source of true freedom and joy.

Serving Through Joy

Virgo CollageYou may feel service-oriented today, as you seek meaningful ways to share your time and energy with others. While charitable activities can contribute to a sense of purpose in your life, you may also want to be sure you don’t base your sense of inner worth on the activities you perform, no matter how valuable they are. By choosing instead to acknowledge that your worth comes from who you are, you will begin to see that you always contribute positively to the world around you just by living your life and expressing the essence of your spiritual self. If you still struggle to accept your own worthiness despite your deeper awareness, you may find it helpful to engage in a period of meditation to reinforce this concept in your mind today.

Acknowledging that our inner worth comes from who we are allows us to serve others from a sense of joy and generosity, rather than duty. While feeling dutiful about our charitable activities can bring about positive changes in the world, it can also reduce the sense of pleasure we get from helping others. Choosing instead to clarify that our worth isn’t based on anything we do frees us from a sense of obligation, and allows us to serve from an inner sense of joy and enthusiasm. Not only can this infuse our actions with more powerful energy, it automatically provides a deeper sense of satisfaction. Your altruistic activities can become even more meaningful today if you keep the source of your self-worth in proper perspective.

Tips from Kryon

Question: Dear Kryon, You have talked before about the vibrational levels of our planet and ourselves. I would like to know What activities, behaviors, substances, and so on, help our vibrational levels. I would also like to know what hurts or hinders our vibrations. Thank you.

KRYON: The answer to this question may sound too simple. What hurts your vibrational growth are the following things:

  1. Remaining in fear when you know the real truth of the way things work.
  2. Worry!
  3. Creating drama around things that are solvable without it.
  4. Holding on to portions of your life that you know very well are of low vibration because you can’t think of a way to exist without them.
  5. Not trusting the angel/divinity within.
  6. Having a wavering intent in spiritual matters.

What will assist your vibrational growth are the following things:

  1. Claiming the power of your inner guidance.
  2. Lack of worry (peace) about the future, and an absolutely “knowing” that all is well.
  3. Creating peaceful circumstances around areas that have potential for drama.
  4. Casting away inappropriate energies in your life that at one time might have seemed “sacred,” but which now you can indeed live without.
  5. Spending time with Spirit meditating in a new way: (a) celebration of everything that is happening to you (no matter what), (b) visualization of melding to your higher self, (c) continually asking, “What is it you wish me to know?” instead of trying to “outguess” what might be the solution to problems at hand.
  6. Realization of self worth to facilitate the creation of pure intent.

YOU ARE DEARLY LOVED! ~ KRYON

We are family

Natural stone bridgeHumanity

When it comes to our families, we sometimes see only our differences. We see the way our parents cling to ideas we don’t believe, or act in ways we try not to act. We see how practical one of our siblings is and wonder how we can be from the same gene pool. Similarly, within the human family we see how different we are from each other, in ways ranging from gender and race to geographical location and religious beliefs. It is almost as if we think we are a different species sometimes. But the truth is, in our personal families as well as the human family, we really are the same.

A single mother of four living in Africa looks up at the same stars and moon that shine down on an elderly Frenchman in Paris. A Tibetan monk living in India, a newborn infant in China, and a young couple saying their marriage vows in Indiana all breathe the same air, by the same process. We have all been hurt and we have all cried. Each one of us knows how it feels to love someone dearly. No matter what our political views are, we all love to laugh. Regardless of how much or how little money we have, our hearts pump blood through our bodies in the same way. With all this in common, it is clear we are each individual members of the same family. We are human.

Acknowledging how close we all are, instead of clinging to what separates us, enables us to feel less alone in the world. Every person we meet, see, hear, or read about, is a member of our family. We are truly not alone. We also begin to see that we are perfectly capable of understanding and relating to people who, on the surface, may seem very different from us. This awareness prevents us from disconnecting from people on the other side of the tracks, and the other side of the world. We begin to understand that we must treat all people for what they are—family.

Worrying

TUTs Adventurers ClubNotes from the Universe - TUT.com

As far as I can tell, John-Derek, worrying, about anything at all, is a pretty good indicator that one has begun thinking that their joy and prosperity will somehow hinge on pending physical events, other people, or angry green Martians.

Can you imagine?!

Phone home, The Universe

First, John-Derek, joy and prosperity are created within. Second, the events and people of your life can be changed with your thoughts. And third, Martians have long dwelled upon your planet, and while there were a few among them considering a coup, even they are now so enthralled by “The Secret,” you have absolutely nothing to fear.
