The process of forgiveness is an amazingly transformative and liberating tool we each have at our disposal. I’ve been finding that it does diffuse the emotional charge of the moment and almost resets the point of view to one of understanding that everything is totally neutral. It is our reaction to what we think we are seeing that causes the grief, upset, guilt…etc
A lot of my old beliefs about things are being shaken up due to this new perspective on the world and myself as a part of it.
